If you wish to acquire a plot, house or apartment in Bulgaria, according to the law, you first have to estabilish a company that will be owner of the property. The estabilishment of a company in Bulgaria is quite easy. Our experienced solicitor will take care of it, you needn't worry about a thing. The registration of a company takes about 30 days and it costs 550 EUR, including all necessary translations. You need a capital put in a bank account to the amount of 2600 EUR.
