Explanatory note The here in after investment project is for a Trade Center of MALL type, which represents by itself a walking public area combining trade, culture and service activities in one functional unit. The building is constructed by a whole system of trade arcade in two levels, galleries and open areas, located in certain order. Because of the specific land shape, the square is designed in levels separated by green areas. The place is secured by walking platforms, recreation spots and a big attractive water surface. The two main entrances are at the two ends of the building facing the boulevard. In the building interior there are two round atriums at the two ends of the southern gallery. The inner area provides a harmonic passage leading to the outside urban area and creates a splendid unity between a building and a city. The car access is assured via two minor streets from east and west. Two-way-platforms make possible the access to the tree-floor-underground parking for 550 cars. The cars can enter from the eastern and western minor streets. The design of the building is in compliance with the main tendency regarding the location of building of this type i.e. its connection with the already developed urban environment and perceiving the building as its natural prolonging. Functional Structure The building structure in its functional side represents a three-floor attractive trade area, three underground levels providing parking space and a supermarket, and a high office part, located in two towers with a warm passage between. The inner structure of the building is organized by two shopping galleries which link the four round atriums. In the middle of the shopping galleries are located the escalators and elevators from the southern part which provide access to the building inner part starting from the ground level reaching up to the third level where you can find the cinema complex, the bowling area and the fast food restaurants. The northern group of escalators links the underground levels with the second main level where the largest number of shops are located.
