Terms and Conditions

 1. Entries will be judged by members of a Theodoros-Buy-Sell;
 2. One entry per propertyholder;
 3. Closing date is 30.05.2008;
 4. Winners will be contacted by 15.06.2008;
 5. Only winners will be contacted, by email;
 6. No response will be accepted for late or lost entries;
 7. The Prices must be claimed within two months of the summer being notified by Theodoros - Buy & Sell. The holiday must be taken in June and July 2008;
 8. Competition is open to all customers who bought property from Theodoros-Buy-Sell from 1 November 2007 until 1 May 2008;
 9. Travel insurance is not included in the holiday prize but is a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner prior to travel;
 10. No cash alternative is available for either prize and cannot be exchanged or transferred;
 11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the holiday promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter's discretion.
